Do you have a passion to see our inner-city young men succeed in both their spiritual and personal lives? So do I. That’s why I serve as the Director for an exciting Christian sports camp for high school inner-city male athletes. We call it J.A.M. Camp, which signifies the camp’s three key focus areas: Jesus, Athletics and Manhood.
J.A.M. Camp creates a special environment that allows high school age boys to grow in their faith and develop athletically. This year’s camp is approaching quickly and will be held June 19-24 at the Athletes in Action Sports Complex in Xenia, Ohio.
The cost to attend J.A.M. Camp is $195 which covers 3 meals per day, lodging and first class, Christ-centered teaching and athletic training. In many cases we’re able to reduce the cost for these young men because of donations from people like you.
A student who attended last summer’s camp summed up his camp experience like this:
“I liked the camp. It taught me things about Jesus that I didn’t know. I also learned to invite God in my sport on the court and field. It was a good experience meeting new people and having fun to learn about Christ.”
Please join me in praying for this year’s student-athletes, mentors and staff. We can’t wait to see how the Lord moves.
In His Service,
Director, J.A.M. Camp
