Sports Complex Visitor Guidelines

We are excited you are visiting us at the Athletes in Action Sports Complex. Here’s a list of our visitor guidelines that will help ensure a safe and fun visit for you and your family.

  1. As a Christian ministry, we ask that you not do anything that will harm the name of the Lord, others or yourself. Athletes in Action reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the Sports Complex that does something not in line with our values.
  2. The use of the Sports Complex is for groups that have reserved the space or received permission from Athletes in Action. No trespassing please.
  3. This is a drug, alcohol and tobacco free zone.
  4. Unless otherwise authorized by law, pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code, “no person shall knowingly possess, have under the person’s control, convey, or attempt to convey a deadly handgun or dangerous ordnance onto these premises.”
  5. Except for service animals, pets are not allowed on the Sports Complex (see below for more details).
  6. You are welcome to walk/jog on the Sports Complex roadways and paved paths ONLY when there are organized activities taking place with AIA staff on duty.
  7. Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times. Please monitor their safe use of bikes, skateboards, roller blades, etc.
  8. Please park in designated marked spots, avoiding grass areas and loading zones. Please display your handicap passes to park in those locations.
  9. For some events, there will be a $5 charge for parking.
  10. Please follow the signs for bus and RV parking. Overnight RV parking is located 2.3 miles away from AIA at Pinewood Village (1136 N. Detroit St., Xenia Oh. 45385) or 8.7 miles away at Frontier Campground (9580 Collett Rd., Waynesville, Oh. 45068)
